How to Make Natural Reetha (Soapnut) Shampoo at Home
For making this shampoo, you will need the following three ingredients:
1. Amla (Indian gooseberry)
2. Shikakai (Acacia concinna)
3. Reetha (Soapnut)
Soak these three ingredients (amla, shikakai, reetha) overnight in water.
The next morning, place them in a pan and simmer on low heat for 30 to 40 minutes in the soaked water. After boiling, let the mixture cool for a while.
Once cooled, grind the boiled amla, shikakai, and reetha into a fine paste, removing any seeds.
Strain this paste through a sieve.
Transfer the strained liquid into a glass bottle.
