As per study we know rosemary water is as effective as 2% minoxidil. So when we apply rosemary water, it increase the blood circulation which stimulate the hair growth because when blood circulation is good, oxygen and nutrients reach the roots of the hair effectively and promote hair regrowth.

HOW TO PREPARE ROSEMARY WATER

                      

Making rosemary water is very easy just take  2 cups of water and put it on the gas in low flame .Then add 2 teaspoon of rosemary leaf in water and boil it for 15 to 20 minutes and put a lead on utensil and after 15 minute you see rosemary leaf infuse its benefits in the water and water change its colour (red to light pink ) then turn off the gas and leave the rosemary water for 30 minute and then strain it and fill it in the spray bottle .

 

HOW TO USE IT

# you can spray it in your hair and then do light hand hair massage and then leave it for minimum 30 minutes.

# you can apply it before taking a shower just spray it in your hair before 30 minute of taking a shower and rinse it off .

# you can also apply it in your hair before going to bed and then rinse it off the next day.

HOW MANY DAY WE CAN STORE IT

 

 you can store the rosemary water for 7 days in the fridge.
